“Hurts” Layout

In Photoshop I opened a new 12” x 12” document and copied in the photograph at the size I had printed it so I could adjust and place the other elements around it. I then added the dotted frame onto a new layer, followed by the fancy flourish and then the headings.
When I was happy with the placement, I deleted the photo and then flattened the layout and printed it onto a transparency.
I cut a flourish shape from the Crate papers, tore a strip and then assembled the page, adding staples, a couple of stitches and some chipboard shapes.
